Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address within 6 working days. If for any reason delivery is likely to take longer we will contact you to let you know when to expect your items. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Prices on this site include delivery to UK (mainland) unless placing an order less than £200. The Seller reserves the right to charge for delivery of the Goods if they are to be delivered outside UK mainland.

The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to failure by the Seller to deliver the Goods (or any of them) promptly or at all.

All costs and charge incurred by the Seller will be paid by the Buyer in the event of a failure to accept delivery.

Claims for damaged goods on delivery must be notified within 24 hours by telephone on +44 (0) 20 7241 5070 and followed in writing by email to info@mistraluk.net stating the damages and defects of the goods received from the transporters (Please sign all goods "unexamined").

Returns Policy
Buyer have the right to return the goods, provided buyer do so at their own cost and within 14 working days from the day after you received and signed for the goods. Our return policies apply to goods unused and as new, in their original packaging (external & internal) and with all instruction manuals. If Buyer wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched Buyer may have to pay round trip delivery costs. Goods must not be returned to seller without our authorization and Buyer must obtain a returns number by calling Mistral Catering Equipment Ltd on +44 (0) 20 7241 5070 and by writing us at 52 Stoke Newington High Street, London, N16 7PB or by email to info@mistraluk.net.

After acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject goods which are special order and refrigerated goods may not be returned unless found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Buyer is responsible for any carriage costs when returning goods. Buyer must arrange insurance with the carrier or Post Office when returning goods to cover possible damage or loss in transit for the full value of the item..
